Khartoum, ( Sudanow.info) -The Humanitarian Aid Commissioner, Dr. Suleiman Abdul Rahman Suleiman, has stressed that the humanitarian situation in South Kordofan and Blue Nile states is stable and that Geneva and Washington are now convinced that the Sudanese Government is not opposed to operations by the international organizations there in compliance with the country’s rules and sovereignty.
